While doing some searches, I stumbled upon a quite lengthy information sheet about PCOS. I said lengthy, because its quite a few pages long, but upon reading it I found it provides a great deal of accurate information about PCOS. It is rare to find such an abundance of information from one source, so I wanted to share it with you all. The information is from the Center for Applied Reproductive Science, but it is written extremely well and quite easy for the “lay person” to understand.

I did think twice about posting this information, because they refer to Oral Contraceptives as an effective treatment (or therapy) for PCOS; which I strongly disagree with due to recent studies. However, I decided to post this information because it does provide an extremely detailed view of PCOS and its symptoms; information I think will be extremely helpful to you.
