Glycemic Index and your eyesight

Although PCOS does not affect your eyesight (at least, not that we know of yet!!!!) research has found that eating poorly can negatively affect your eyesight.

We all know that following the glycemic index when eating is most beneficial to those of us with PCOS. However this same study has found that the GI can actually help your eyesight. Just another reason to follow the glycemic index way of eating! We have enough problems, at least we can try to avoid one more…..
