I know one of the things, probably the only thing that got me through PCOS and infertility way back when I was diagnosed was a trying to conceive message forum. The women there knew what I was talking about….they had been through the things I was now going through and were so supportive. Without them, I could have easily lost my mind!

The only negative aspect of most community forums is they’re all based on prescription medications. They’re all so supportive and informative but I could NEVER find anyone who knew anything about Herbal, or Natural treatments for my fertility issues. It was frustrating….not wanting to use all the prescription meds but really not having a choice because I was uninformed about the natural way to treat and control PCOS and Infertility.
